- Scarper: After enemy activation, one friendly RATLING operative can Dash for free, but cannot end within 3" of visible enemies.
Strategic Ploys
- Sniper Positions: Rifle gains Silent when stationary in heavy terrain.
- Shifty: Cannot be targeted in cover with Conceal order.
- Crack Shots: Rifle gains Balanced when shooting distant targets.
